As the country’s third largest general insurer, we help protect our customers against many of the financial impacts that accidents, natural disasters and climate-related events can have on their assets.

We have set a 2030 science-aligned carbon emissions target conforming to a reduction that supports limiting the global temperature increase to 1.5 degrees Celsius by the end of the century – as set out by the Paris Agreement 2016. We are committed to reducing emissions across all areas by 42% by 2030 against the base year (FY20) for currently reported emissions. Between FY20 and FY25, we have reduced the operational emissions covered by our FY30 42% reduction target by 21.3%.
