With nearly 30 years’ experience across multiple Deloitte markets, Mike brings deep expertise in guiding organisations through complexity and enabling long term, sustainable value creation. Mike sees sustainability as a critical platform for growth, unlocking new opportunities for innovation, investment and resilience across the economy. He is committed to lifting Aotearoa New Zealand’s productivity through education, skills development, and the responsible adoption of technology, and is a strong advocate for diversity, capability building and lifelong learning to ensure people and businesses are well equipped for both digital and climate transitions. Climate action is a core focus of Mike’s leadership.
